A daughter of a gas pump employee is on her way to IIT Kanpur, one of India’s top universities. Now, the young kid is receiving accolades from all around the country, including a congratulatory message from Union Petroleum Minister Hardeep Singh Puri.

Shrikant Madhav Vaidya, the Chairman of Indian Oil Corporation (IOC), first posted the joyful news online, along with a photo of the girl’s pleased father. The child, Arya, has made everyone at the petroleum business pleased with her devotion and accomplishment, stated the IOC Chairman, identifying the IOC customer attendant as Rajagopal.

Hardeep Singh Puri heard about Arya Rajagoplan’s tale after it became viral. Puri wrote, “Arya Rajagopal has done her father Sh Rajagopal Ji & indeed all of us connected with the country’s energy industry tremendously proud,” praising the father-daughter combo.

According to local media, the photograph of the father-daughter combo was initially distributed in a WhatsApp group of IOC dealers, and then it was reposted on IOC official sites on social media platforms, reaching a broader audience. Mathrubhumi claims that her father, S Rajagopal, has worked at the IOC fuel station in Payyanur, Kannur district, for the past two decades, and that her mother, KK Sobhana, works at Bajaj Motors. The Annur resident will now pursue her M.Tech in Petrochemical Engineering at IIT Kanpur after completing her B.Tech at NIT Calicut.

Despite the fact that she became famous recently for her academic achievements, the little girl has excelled throughout her school career, according to the report.
