Big strides in energy revival!
Oil production has successfully recommenced from the PY-3 Field in the Cauvery Basin, Eastern Offshore India, effective 23rd May 2025 by the operator, Hardy Exploration.
Shriyai Field (PY-3) resumed production with 4100 barrels per day which is expected to rise to approx. 7500 barrels per day by FY 2028-29. The PY-3 revival underscores India’s capacity to for strategic energy asset optimization.
