A massive supply chain is at work to ensure Advance Winter Stocking undertaken jointly by Indian oil & Indian Army between April to October for meeting Army and local fuel demand and stocking POL products at Kargil Depot, Leh Depot, Leh AFS apart from many other strategic storage points of Indian Army.
