As a Rajya Sabha MP, in the service of the people of his adopted ambitious district Sonbhadra, he had the privilege of virtually inaugurating and laying the foundation stone of 177 development projects at a cost of Rs 10 crore 41 lakh from his MPLAD fund under the MP Local Area Development Scheme. I will always be grateful to the people of Sonbhadra for the love and hospitality with which they have accepted me.

After the installation of high-mast lights and solar powered drinking water facilities in Sonbhadra, people will get a better and convenient life.

Apart from this, we are trying to increase education through new school building and uniting the society through community centre.
Construction of tourist sheds, accessible toilets, culverts, and metalled roads will improve the connectivity and sanitation conditions in Sonbhadra.

Today, Sonbhadra is moving towards progress and all these projects are a symbol of the change taking place in the district. Sonbhadra has been kept in the top 5 districts among 112 aspirational districts continuously since January 2018 by NITI Aayog.
