Held an engaging interaction with Mr Dev Sanyal, CEO VaroEnergy in Davos today. Considering the company’s expertise in production of Biofuels, I apprised him of India’s thrust on these clean & green alternative fuels & also invited Varo to be industry partners in the #GlobalBiofuelsAlliance which was launched by PM Narendra Modi Ji during India’s landmark G20 Presidency. 

Informed him how Biofuels adoption has been successfully accelerated on back of National Policy on Biofuels & other associated schemes. Also expressed keenness towards potential collaboration between Indian PSUs & Varo, across the entire value chain of sustainable biofuels.
