India's growth narrative unfolds boldly at a rate of 7.2%+, outpacing global trends

Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri unveils the remarkable story of India's energy transformation. With a growth rate exceeding 7.2%, the nation's demand for energy is booming, three times the global average. India consumes 5 million barrels in a day, and 60 million people go to the petrol pump at the retail station every day to fill up. We are now at 12% biofuel blending. We had a target of 20% by 2030, and we brought that target to 2025. Indian energy demand, which is also an indicator of the state of the economy thanks to the Modi ecosystem that the prime minister has put into place, and where the economy needs more and more energy, that demand is not going to taper off for a while.
