The Morung Express | AAI to prepare DPR for Chiethu Airport, Nagaland CM

The Nagaland Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio today informed that the Airport Authority of India has agreed to prepare a Detailed Project Report (DPR) for Chiethu Airport, under Kohima District.  Rio informed this after meeting the Union Minister of Civil Aviation, Hardeep Singh Puri regarding the issue in New Delhi  at the latter’s office.

 “Met Union Minister of Civil Aviation, Shri @HardeepSPuri regarding Chiethu Airport at Kohima. I am grateful to the Airport Authority of India @AAI_Officialfor agreeing to prepare the DPR of the airport,” he informed in a tweet. Singh also stated in a tweet that he “discussed issues pertaining to civil aviation access & infrastructure” in Nagaland with the Chief Minister.
